As VP of Sales for Roofing, you own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with one win covering many locations and subsequent expansions across markets.

This role is remote (USA or Canada) with a $2M annual quota, and the seat is an individual contributor focused on closing high-value opportunities without direct reports.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to roofing groups or multi-location buyers in marketing/agency services.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Independent contributor role with no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after signing a group.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft compelling proposals for the deals that matter most.
