Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and solution design across North America, focusing on HPE Aruba platforms. This role partners with channel teams, customers, and suppliers to architect resilient networks and accelerate opportunity closure.

You will lead discovery, sizing, demos, and migration planning while developing integrated Aruba-based solutions. Strong presentation and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions is required.
• Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence technical and business decision makers and lead discussions with engineers, architects, IT leaders, and executives.
• Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused approach.
• Industry certifications related to networking solutions

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer objectives, technical requirements, budgets and decision processes.
• Lead technical sales engagements focused on discovery, sizing, demonstrations, and migration planning.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and executive briefings to partner teams and customers.
• Collaborate with supplier teams, sales, partner managers, and engineering resources to drive revenue objectives.
