Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and solution architecture to our channel partner community across North America. Focused on HPE Aruba platforms, you will enable partners, drive technical sales engagements, and architect resilient infrastructure solutions that accelerate pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence technical and business decision makers and lead discussions with engineers, architects, IT leaders, and executives.
• Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused approach.
• Industry certifications related to networking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales engagements focusing on discovery, architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, demonstrations, and migration planning.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions for partner and customer environments.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and executive briefings to partner sales teams, engineers, architects, customers, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales organizations, partner account managers, and engineering resources to drive initiatives and revenue objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to channel partners, Arrow sales teams, customers, and suppliers.
