Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Technical Solutions Architect to provide architectural leadership for HPE Aruba-based solutions across North America. You will enable channel partners, drive technical sales engagements, and design resilient infrastructures that accelerate pipeline growth and win rates.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to partners, Arrow sales teams, customers, and suppliers by delivering technical consultation, demonstrations, and competitive positioning, while mentoring teammates

Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions is required.
Experience translating business requirements into validated technical architectures.
Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
Ability to influence decision makers and lead discussions with engineers and executives.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities.
Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities; customer-focused approach.
Industry certifications related to networking solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance for channel partners and Arrow teams.
Lead technical sales engagements including discovery, sizing, and demonstrations.
Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions and migrations.
Deliver technical presentations and executive briefings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales, and engineering resources on strategic initiatives.
Stay current with emerging technologies and vendor roadmaps.
