Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to our channel partner community across North America, focused on HPE Aruba platforms. You will enable partners, drive technical sales engagement, and architect resilient solutions that accelerate pipeline growth and opportunity closure.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions.
Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence technical and business decision makers and lead discussions with engineers, architects, IT leaders, and executives.
Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused approach.
Industry certifications related to networking solutions.
Typically requires 5-7+ years of experience in networking architecture, sales engineering, solutions architecture, infrastructure engineering, or related technical consulting roles.

Provide technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, and business guidance to channel partners across North America.
Enable partners, drive technical sales engagements, and architect resilient infrastructure solutions to accelerate pipeline growth and closure.
Deliver technical consultation, solution design, demonstrations, and competitive positioning.
Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions.
Deliver compelling technical presentations to partner sales teams, engineers, architects, and executives.
Collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales, partner managers, and engineering resources to drive strategic initiatives and revenue.
