BairesDev is seeking a results-driven Sales Hunter to source, nurture, and close new enterprise clients across multiple industries. You’ll leverage your network and market insights to originate opportunities and present tailored value propositions to senior executives.

The role demands 5+ years of IT/software services sales, a proven record of closing logos, and exceptional communication in English. This is a remote position with extensive travel and a competitive base plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services.
• Proven success sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of industry players, client structures and business models.
• Native English or fully bilingual (English).

Responsibilities

• Originate and nurture business relationships with potential clients.
• Present BairesDev’s value proposition to senior executives.
• Plan, implement, and manage lead generation and sales pipelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design and close engagements.
