Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Implementation Specialist to help large-scale customers deploy and adopt our IoT solutions for fleets and industrial assets. You will own the customer relationship from onboarding through renewal, collaborating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to drive value.

You’ll work cross-functionally, translate business needs into technical success, conduct training sessions, and guide executives and day-to-day users to maximize product

Qualifications

• 4+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, sustainability of operations.
• Manage deployment for large-scale customers and enable quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions, demonstrate Samsara’s technology, and work with executives and day-to-day users.
• Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural values as we scale globally.
