Ashby is seeking a High Touch Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market and small enterprise customers. The role focuses on delivering rapid time-to-value and a superior customer experience, coordinating across Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ops to drive adoption.

You’ll manage ~15 active projects concurrently, each 4–8 weeks, in a remote-first environment with limited travel.

• Extensive experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high growth B2B SaaS environments.
• You keep teams on track to meet milestones and can work effectively in a remote-first setting.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-module SaaS systems and data models.

• Experience in driving change management and advising on best practices during adop­tions.

• Manage end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers.
