Job summary

Envoy Global, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Specialist for a fully remote role available to candidates across the United States. Responsibilities include managing Envoy Platform cases, coordinating with HR and Talent Acquisition, and handling immigration-related inquiries.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years in client-facing roles, familiarity with MS Office, and preferably experience in employment immigration. PowerBI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in a client facing and customer service role.
• Experience in the immigration industry working as a paralegal or in a client/customer facing role is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in employment immigration while managing a large caseload or multiple projects/priorities.
• Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with PowerBI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Envoy Platform cases on their behalf.
• Coordinate with new hires and client employees on ongoing cases and questions.
• Field internal immigration and permanent residency questions with SMEs as needed.
• Monitor case progress against start dates and timelines.
• Coordinate with HR teams, TA, and Envoy customer service for documentation.
• Coordinate with internal parties for work authorization renewals.
• Provide regular updates to the team.
