Envoy Global, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager (Business Immigration) to support a defined client group, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and follow the Strategic Account Manager’s guidance. This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, and/or client service roles.
• Experience using online tools to manage and complete work (Salesforce, Power BI, Zendesk).
• Experience with corporate immigration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inboxes and act as primary contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships reflecting Envoy’s service.
• Follow direction from the Strategic Account Manager on priorities and updates.
• Support client meetings with legal teams and report key updates or concerns.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to clients and internal partners.
• Maintain professional, clear client communications and timely responses.
• Identify when issues should be escalated and communicate them clearly.
• Document client concerns and trends in Salesforce and shared tools.
• Assist in executing projects with Operations, Onboarding, Sales, Marketing, Product Support, Finance and Legal.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and quality checkpoints under SAM guidance.
