Job summary

Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll provider, seeks an Enterprise HCM Account Executive to engage current clients at the executive level and close new or expanded sales in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment. You will build executive relationships, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored Paylocity solutions.

This fully remote role (US only) requires five days per week availability, with base pay in the stated range and eligibility for

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years’ experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Ability to maintain high activity standards.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities for current clients.
• Schedule and present Paylocity products to clients with 500+ employees.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up throughout the sales process.
