Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own a defined book of enterprise customers in the US. You will be responsible for retention, renewal and expansion, forecasting weekly, and negotiating multi-year agreements with IT and business stakeholders.

You will partner with Enterprise Solution Engineers and Customer Success to resolve issues, drive adoption and ensure predictable growth. Remote work within the USA is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise account management, renewals, or customer-facing sales with existing customers; SaaS or technology required.
• Proven record of retaining and expanding a book of business against retention and expansion targets.
• Strong commercial skills: negotiation, multi-year structuring, and procurement in mid-size and large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of 20-40 enterprise accounts with full accountability for retention, revenue, and expansion.
• Build and maintain account plans with stakeholders, renewal timelines, adoption status, and risk.
• Forecast weekly with accuracy for renewals and expansion; manage terms and renewals.
