Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Business Development Director to drive net-new revenue by acquiring new logos and expanding opportunities across target industries. You will operate as a market-facing hunter, engaging senior leaders to position EPAM as a strategic transformation partner in digital transformation, data, cloud and AI.

You will lead the full sales lifecycle, build trusted executive relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to align EPAM’s capabilities with client challenges.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in IT sales / business development with a strong focus on enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing new business in $2B+ organizations.
• Established network across multiple industries in the Chicago or Minneapolis market.
• Ability to engage with Director, VP and C-suite levels.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts, driving net-new revenue growth.
• Build a pipeline and design proactive approach to driving new business for EPAM.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Proactively generate pipeline through targeted outreach, campaigns and events.
• Position EPAM's capabilities across digital transformation, data, cloud and AI.
• Maintain pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
