Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Business Development Director to drive new logo acquisition and expand ECOT whitespace across West Coast enterprise accounts. You will operate as a market-facing hunter, engaging senior decision-makers to position EPAM as a strategic transformation partner in digital, data, cloud and AI.

The role emphasizes net-new revenue growth, strategic relationships, and consultative engagement with C-suite stakeholders across target industries.

Qualifications

10–15 years of IT sales / business development with enterprise focus.
Proven track record closing new business in $2B+ organizations.
Established network within West Coast HCLS industries.
Ability to build relationships with Director/VP/C-suite levels.
Deep understanding of tech trends across Cloud, Digital, Big Data, Analytics, AI, Core Software Engineering, DevOps.

Responsibilities

Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts, driving net-new revenue growth.
Operate as an individual contributor leveraging industry relationships to win new logos for EPAM.
Proactively generate pipeline and close net-new accounts.
Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to deal closure.
Develop senior stakeholder relationships (Director, VP, C-suite) within target organizations.
Position EPAM as a trusted transformation partner across digital, data, cloud, and AI.
