Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Director to drive net-new revenue by acquiring new logos and expanding whitespace across target industries.

You will operate as a market-facing hunter, engaging senior leaders to position EPAM as a strategic transformation partner. You will lead the full sales lifecycle, collaborate with internal teams, and expand EPAM's footprint through consultative engagements in digital transformation, data, cloud and AI.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in IT sales or business development with enterprise focus.
• Experience closing $2B+ organizations with a consultative, multi-discipline team approach.
• Existing network in Chicago or Minneapolis markets.
• Ability to engage at Director/VP/C-suite levels and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts and drive net-new revenue.
• Leverage industry relationships to bring in new business and logos for EPAM.
• Build pipeline and proactive approach to driving new business for EPAM.
• Position EPAM as a trusted partner with senior decision-makers in client organizations.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
• Generate pipeline through targeted outreach, campaigns and events.
• Position EPAM capabilities across digital transformation, data, cloud and AI.
