Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technological accounts with growth and retention.
• Experience selling and managing transformation projects (digital, e-commerce, data analytics, cloud migrations, AI).
• Strong ability to position AI solutions within client contexts and business environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
• Strategic mindset to map client initiatives to solutions and identify growth opportunities.
• Business acumen to manage P&L and drive profitable account growth.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI in delivering Client Partner work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts with significant P&L responsibility across client orgs.

• Collaborate with sales to develop GTM materials and outreach plans.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client delivery issues and satisfaction.
