Job summary

TradeCentric, LLC is seeking a Customer Growth BDR to drive pipeline across US-based customers from a fully remote location. You will map corporate families, identify new opportunities within sister companies, and hand off well-qualified leads to Account Executives.

The role emphasizes Same Side Selling and collaboration with CS and AE teams. You will build multi-channel sequences, penetrate multiple entities, and grow the customer base while advancing SQLs to SQOs.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of BDR/SDR or account development experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology is preferred.
• Strong research skills and ability to map complex org structures.

Responsibilities

• Map whitespace and account hierarchies across customer bases.
• Perform multichannel outreach to sister companies and new units.
• Qualify leads and hand clean opportunities to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and track progress in Gong.
