Job summary

TradeCentric, LLC is looking for a highly capable BDR Manager to build and lead a 4-person BDR team that fills our sales funnel. You will coach BDRs to engage, qualify, and hand off high-quality opportunities to Account Executives using Same Side Selling.

You will own the BDR playbook, run outbound strategies with intent data, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to optimize pipeline. This leadership role is fully remote in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 2+ years leading BDR/SDR teams.
• Experience running outbound into multi-stakeholder, technically complex Mid-Market and Enterprise sales.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a sales engagement platform such as Salesloft or Outreach.
• Data-driven coaching style with ability to build dashboards and adjust strategy from trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Leadership: set SQO targets, forecast monthly SQO/pipeline and ensure clean handoffs to AEs.
• Prospecting Strategy: own the BDR playbook, build outbound strategies using intent data and AI tools.
• Team Development: recruit, onboard, coach BDRs; implement 90-day SQO productivity program.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Marketing on campaigns and share insights with Sales/Product.
• Operational Excellence: maintain CRM data in Salesforce and refine processes to boost productivity.
• How Success Is Measured: SQOs delivered and pipeline dollars against targets.
