Job summary

Assemble, a remote-first team, seeks a Community Growth Associate to connect with senior decision-makers and bring the right people to peer-driven conversations. You’ll research and map accounts to identify engagement opportunities and will reach new executives who can benefit from our Boards, Councils, and summits.

When there’s a fit, you’ll book qualified discussions and hand them off with context to move them forward, expanding seats and boards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar role with goal attainment.
• Relationship-builder capable of engaging executives up to the C-suite with confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when reaching out to senior leaders.
• Comfortable owning KPIs and CRM processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious researcher and creative problem solver who maps organizational structures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team goals for qualified briefs and expansion opportunities monthly and quarterly.
• Run a consistent outreach process across member accounts to ensure relevant first touches.
• Manage a high volume of emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach in a large pipeline.
• Research and map each member account to uncover whitespace for expansion.
• Schedule qualified conversations for leadership and hand over context for next steps.
• Maintain knowledge of Assemble's communities, boards, councils, and events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects driving account growth.
• Use CRM data and member feedback to refine targeting and outreach playbooks.
