Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on, strategic Head of Enterprise FP&A to lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis for a fast-growing organization. The role includes owning AOP, reforecasting, LRP, consolidation, and reporting, with a focus on scalable processes and data-driven decision support.

You will work closely with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, align priorities with financial objectives, and drive accountability across functions.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.
• End-to-end planning experience: annual operating plans and multiyear cycles.
• Hands-on financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience improving financial consolidation, reporting systems, planning processes, and financial discipline.
• Cross-functional leadership and executive partnership.
• Remote-friendly for eligible U.S. residents with quarterly in-person gatherings in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle including AOP, reforecasting, and LRP from planning to executive deliverables.
• Design and manage the planning calendar with milestones and assumptions across departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models, challenge forecasts, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes and document standards.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and priorities.
