Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on, strategic Head of Enterprise FP&A to build and lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation for a fast-growing organization. The role combines strategic influence with direct ownership of financial models, processes, and systems, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning.
• End-to-end planning: AOP, LRP, reforecasting.
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis.
• Hands-on consolidation and reporting improvement.
• Develop scalable planning frameworks and processes.
• Ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle including AOP and LRP.
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and inputs.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into decisions.
• Drive process improvements to increase speed and accuracy.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
