Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience in a high-growth or complex environment.
• End-to-end planning experience from kickoff to executive presentations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills to translate insights into business recommendations.
• Hands-on approach to improving consolidation, reporting systems, and planning processes.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and processes and document methodologies.
• Clear written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle: AOP, reforecasting, and LRP, from planning to executive deliverables.
• Design and manage the planning calendar with milestones and inputs from departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and standardized KPIs and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models; challenge forecasts and translate insights into actions.
• Replace manual workflows with repeatable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and strategy.
