Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to lead company-wide planning, forecasting and financial consolidation in a fast-growing environment. This role combines strategic influence with direct ownership of models, processes and systems, empowering executive decision-making.

You will own AOP, long-range planning, reforecasting, and standardize reporting while partnering with senior leaders across functions to drive accountability and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance operations or enterprise planning.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear planning cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Hands-on with consolidation, reporting, planning processes.
• Ability to design scalable frameworks and standardized methodologies.
• Strong executive-facing communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete planning cycle (AOP, reforecasting, LRP) from planning through executive presentation.
• Design and manage planning calendar; coordinate inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and reporting framework.
• Develop and maintain financial models; challenge forecasts and provide actionable insights.
• Replace manual workflows with efficient, repeatable planning/reporting processes.
• Partner with executive leadership to communicate performance, risks, and priorities.
• Align finance and operations around shared objectives and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Mentor one direct report while contributing to day-to-day FP&A activities.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic decision-making function.
