Job summary

Hire Consulting Services is seeking an Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue across banks, credit unions, consumer lenders and financial institutions. This fully remote position offers $160,000–$170,000 base pay plus uncapped commissions and the opportunity to shape AI-enabled decisioning and lending technology adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise fintech or related lending/risk/decisioning sales.
• Proven track record selling to banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, fintechs.
• Experience engaging senior leaders (C-level risk, credit, underwriting).
• Strong hunter mentality with self-generated pipeline.
• Ability to manage complex cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan focused on net-new revenue generation.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit organizations.
• Prospect and create opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal product, implementation, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer-facing events.
• Help shape go-to-market strategy within a high-growth environment.
