Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive new business with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions. This fully remote role focuses on selling AI-enabled decisioning platforms for lending, credit risk, and fraud prevention, offering a $160k–$170k base plus uncapped commissions.
You’ll lead enterprise deals and shape go-to-market strategy. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in fintech sales, proven pipeline generation, and strong relationships with
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise fintech, lending technology, risk technology, fraud, or decisioning platform sales experience.
- Proven success selling into banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, fintechs, or financial institutions.
- Experience engaging senior decision-makers across credit and lending leadership.
- Strong hunter mentality with ability to generate pipeline independently.
Responsabilités
- Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan for net-new revenue.
- Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit.
- Prospect and create opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to contract.
- Collaborate with product, implementation, and leadership to drive outcomes.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer events.
- Help shape go-to-market strategy in a high-growth environment.
