Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue across banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, and financial institutions. This fully remote, US-based role focuses on strategic outbound sales and enterprise software solutions for lending, risk, and decisioning platforms.

You’ll build executive relationships, manage complex deals, and collaborate with product and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise fintech or related sales.
• Proven success selling into banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, fintechs, or financial institutions.
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers such as Chief Credit Officers, Credit Risk Executives, Consumer Lending Leaders, Underwriting Leaders, Digital Lending Executives.
• Strong hunter mentality with a history of self-generated pipeline.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan focused on net-new revenue generation.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit organizations.
• Prospect and create opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal product, implementation, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer-facing events.
• Help shape go-to-market strategy within a high-growth environment.
