Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking an Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue across banks, credit unions, and financial institutions. This remote role focuses on selling enterprise software for lending, risk, fraud prevention, and decisioning automation.

You’ll manage complex sales cycles, build executive relationships, and collaborate with product/leadership to deliver outcomes. This is a high-visibility hunter role with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise fintech, lending tech, risk tech, fraud, or decisioning platform sales experience.
• Proven success selling into banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, fintechs, or financial institutions.
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers (e.g., Chief Credit Officers, Credit Risk Executives).
• Hunter mentality with self-generated pipeline and complex enterprise cycles.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan focused on net-new revenue generation
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit organizations
• Prospect and create opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and leadership teams to drive outcomes
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer-facing events
• Help shape go-to-market strategy within a high-growth environment
