Job summary

Key People is seeking an Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive new business with banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, and financial institutions. The role is fully remote across the U.S.

and focuses on strategic outbound selling of enterprise software for lending, risk, fraud prevention, and decisioning automation. You will build executive relationships, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate with product and implementation teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise fintech or lending/risk tech sales.
• Proven track record selling to banks, credit unions and financial institutions.
• Experience engaging C-level decision-makers such as Chief Credit Officers and Credit Risk Executives.
• Strong ability to generate self-sourced pipeline and navigate complex sales cycles.
• Excellent consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan focused on net-new revenue generation
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk, underwriting, and credit organizations
• Prospect and create opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
• Collaborate with internal product, implementation, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer-facing events
• Help shape go-to-market strategy within a high-growth environment
