Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Digital Cloud Account Executive to expand digital footprint within existing customers.

You will own relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders, while collaborating with Core AEs to drive new opportunities, expansion, and cross-sell across Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360. Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of B2B and SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
• Proven ability to upsell/cross-sell and win new logos.
• Experience selling to Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce buyers at director level and above.
• Strong discovery, storytelling, negotiation and executive presence.
• Familiarity with MarTech, Commerce, data platforms or CDP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders to drive satisfaction.
• Own account strategy and executive engagement in collaboration with Core Account Executives.
• Coordinate with Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs and drive pipeline.
• Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
