Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Enterprise Digital Cloud Account Executive to expand our digital footprint within existing customers across Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360. You will partner with Core Account Executives to drive new opportunities, whitespace and cross-sell in Retail, Manufacturing and Consumer Goods sectors.

As a quota-carrying overlay, you’ll engage Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders, build long-term account plans, and coordinate with Solution

Qualifications

8–10+ years of B2B SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota, as a specialist or overlay seller.
Experience selling to Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce buyers at director level or above.

Responsibilities

Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders.
Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy.
Partner with Core AE / Account Director on strategy and executive engagement.
Perform account planning at assigned accounts and coordinate with sales resources.
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
Share Salesforce value tied to outcomes like personalization and data unification.
Drive growth within assigned accounts through opportunities and cross-sell.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through account mapping and campaigns.
Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce.
