Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Digital Pace Specialist AE to expand digital footprint within existing customers, partnering with Core Account Executives. You will own relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders while driving new opportunities, expansion and cross-sell across the Digital portfolio: Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
• Experience selling to Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce buyers at director level and above.
• Ability to build presentations and business cases for customers.
• Experience in matrixed selling and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with MarTech, Commerce, CDP or data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with Core AE/Account Director on account strategy and executive engagement.
• Perform account planning coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources.
• Coordinate Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
• Share Salesforce value tied to personalization, data unification, commerce growth and revenue lifecycle.
• Drive growth within accounts through new opportunities, expansion and cross-sell.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through account mapping and joint campaigns.
• Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline hygiene.
