Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Digital Pace Specialist AE to expand our digital footprint within existing customers, partnering with Core Account Executives to drive opportunities across Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Data 360.

You will engage Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders and own relationships within assigned accounts. You’ll build long-term account strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and grow the pipeline through outbound prospecting and joint campaigns

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B and SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
Proven ability to upsell/cross-sell and acquire new logos.
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a specialist/overlay role.
Knowledge of MarTech, Commerce, and data ecosystems relevant to marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders.
Create and drive long-term account strategy aligned to business objectives.
Collaborate with Core AE/Account Director on strategy and executive engagement.
Coordinate with Prime and Cloud sales for account planning.
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
Articulate Salesforce value tied to outcomes like personalization and data unification.
Drive growth through new opportunities, expansion and cross-sell.
Maintain a healthy pipeline via account mapping and joint campaigns.
Forecast accurately and keep pipeline clean in Salesforce.
