Job summary

Axon, a leading safety technology company, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead a 7-person team delivering Axon Enterprise deployments, including Axon Evidence, software solutions, and hardware sensors, with emphasis on onboarding and value realization.

You will collaborate with business and IT leaders to define scope, timelines, and ensure customer success, while managing complex deployments and driving cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of teams in dynamic environments.
• Experience in Digital Video, Mobile Communications, or SaaS.
• Strong project management and resource tracking.
• Technical comfort with basic networking and mobile apps.
• Understanding of Axon solutions and products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (UK & Ireland, some international).
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service Delivery Team to high performance.
• Allocate resources and balance workloads to meet project demands.
• Oversee complex, enterprise deployments of Axon products and services.
• Define vision, scope, and timelines with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Axon products to install, configure, and test solutions.
• Capture customer feature requests and issues for product feedback.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align strategy and drive service improvements.
