Job summary

Axon is seeking a proactive leader to head a field team of Mission Engineers and drive successful deployments across public safety agencies. You will ensure product health, adoption, and value realization while coaching a technically diverse team.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable plans, maintain security standards, and guide executives through technical changes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer‑facing technical delivery (solutions, implementation, or professional services) with 3+ years leading individual contributors.
• Proven coaching/mentoring record.
• Technical range across hardware, software, cloud, networking, and integrations.
• Experience communicating with agency IT and executive staff.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for deployment health, adoption, and stability in field operations.
• Act as senior partner for command staff, agency IT, and Axon leaders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, PSO, and Customer Success to align customer reality with product.
• Share insights with Product and Engineering on adoption drivers and platform improvements.
• Maintain CJIS compliance considerations in delivery and design.
