Fivetran, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new customer and partner revenue in the Enterprise market.

This full-time remote role must be based in Minnesota, USA, with compensation that includes base and uncapped commission or RSU value as part of total compensation. You’ll collaborate across marketing, customer success, alliances, and operations to accelerate growth, manage complex deals, and expand footprint with enterprise customers while aligning with Fivetran’s data

Competenze

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience in large organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Deep familiarity with data technology industry and key players.
• Experience with a solution-based sales approach and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with ability to communicate the big picture inspiringly.
• Problem solver with resourcefulness and resilience.
• Ability to thrive in a highly motivated team with rapid growth.

• Accelerate growth and adoption of Fivetran in the Enterprise Market through value-driven sales cycles.
• Lead discovery and map customer data challenges to required capabilities and outcomes for long-term engagements.
• Communicate Fivetran vision to executives and individual contributors across audiences.
• Identify and land deals with new Enterprise accounts and expand footprint with cross-sells.
• Build partnerships to identify opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
• Forecast accurately and provide visibility on sales and revenue by advancing opportunities.
