Veeva Systems is hiring an Account Partner to drive sales of our Data Cloud platform to large pharma life sciences clients. You will align customer objectives to understand patients, providers and market dynamics at each stage of the brand lifecycle with Veeva Data Cloud solutions.

This role requires persistence, initiative and collaboration. You will manage a robust pipeline, build strong relationships, work with Customer Success on deployments, and help accelerate a new business line within an

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling data-driven solutions to life sciences with global & US pharma exposure.
• 5+ years in account management, business development, or consulting in life sciences.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals within a team.
• Strong understanding of life science use cases with data.
• Willingness to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
• Willingness to travel to spend time onsite with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Veeva Data Cloud and articulate advantages to prospects.
• Identify opportunities and lead sales through full cycle in large pharma client base.
• Align with peers for account strategy and develop plans.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage pipeline with CRM and follow up to closure.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for deployments and renewals.
• Keep current with industry trends and propose solutions.
