Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an Account Partner to drive sales of the Veeva Data Cloud to large Pharma/Life Sciences customers. You will align customer objectives, understand patients and market dynamics, and lead opportunities from interest to onboardings within a pharma client base.

You will collaborate with peers to craft strategic account plans, cultivate valuable client relationships, and manage the pipeline with CRM tools to maximize visibility and closure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling data-driven solutions to life science customers, incl. global orgs and US pharma stakeholders.
• 5+ years in account management, business development, or consulting for life science clients.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals within a team.
• Strong understanding of life science use cases and data-driven strategies.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers onsite.

Responsibilities

• Understand Veeva Data Cloud offerings and communicate competitive advantages to prospects.
• Lead sales efforts through full cycle of engagement with large pharma accounts.
• Collaborate with team for organized account strategies and plans.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage CRM pipeline with timely follow-ups to closure.
• Coordinate with Customer Success for deployments and renewals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and address client challenges.
