Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Partner for the Data Cloud Sales team to drive data platform solutions for large pharma clients. You will align customer objectives with patient, provider, and market insights at each brand lifecycle stage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling data-driven solutions to life science customers.
• 5+ years in account management, business development, or consulting to life science customers.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of life science use cases with data.
• Willingness to travel to spend time onsite with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of Veeva Data Cloud offerings and competitive advantages; learn to articulate them persuasively to prospects and customers.
• Identify opportunities and lead sales efforts through the full cycle of interest to onboarding within large pharma client base.
• Align with peer team members for an organized and customer-focused account strategy and develop a thorough tactical and strategic account plan.
• Develop strong and mutually valuable relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage pipeline with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure.
• Work in close partnership with Customer Success to manage successful client deployments and to ensure ongoing high client satisfaction, renewal, and deep penetration of customer organizations for incremental business.
• Keep current with industry trends; engage your customers, address their business challenges, and propose solutions.
