Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an Account Partner to drive sales of our Data Cloud platform to Life Sciences companies. This remote role requires a proven track record selling data solutions, extensive Life Sciences experience, and the ability to manage complex accounts with a startup mindset within an established leader.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling data-driven solutions to life science customers.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or consulting to life science customers.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and contributing to team success.
• Willingness to travel to spend time onsite with customers. Travel varies by location.
• BS or BA degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of Veeva Data Cloud offerings and competitive advantages; articulate them persuasively to prospects and customers.
• Identify opportunities and lead sales efforts through full cycle from interest to onboarding.
• Align with peer teams for organized, customer-focused account strategy.
• Develop strong, mutually valuable relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage pipeline with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility; follow up to closure.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful deployments and high client satisfaction; drive renewals and deeper penetration.
• Stay current with industry trends; engage customers and propose data-driven solutions.
