Databricks is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive for the CMEG sector to lead go-to-market campaigns with Fortune 500 accounts. You will map to enterprise clients under the CMEG umbrella and guide deals forward to compress decision cycles while translating complex data and AI capabilities into clear customer value.

You will report to the Director of Enterprise Sales and engage with CIOs, IT executives, and program managers to accelerate growth and expand the Databricks footprint

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience exceeding quotas in larger accounts.
• Previous field sales experience within big data, Cloud, SaaS, and a consumption selling motion.
• Bachelor's Degree attained by candidate.
• Experience engaging with CIOs and other senior decision makers at enterprise accounts.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, Program Managers, and key partners.
• Drive value-based growth within the account and expand footprint into new units.
• Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets for CMEG accounts.
• Track customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers.
• Promote Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform powered by Apache Spark and Delta Lake.
• Prioritize opportunities and leverage resources to win deals.
• Build a plan for success internally at Databricks and externally with your account.
