The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring peers as the team scales, with a remote-first work model and opportunities for global impact.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or customer-facing consulting in B2B software.
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and lead outcome-focused conversations.
• Experience supporting renewals and expansions in a recurring revenue model.
• Data-informed decision-making and ability to derive insights from usage, health, and value metrics.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers and be their strategic partner from onboarding through renewal.
• Drive retention and expansion by managing health, risk, and opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Lead structured customer conversations to connect Camunda capabilities to outcomes.
• Use data to tell the story and inform recommendations for customers and internal teams.
• Project manage cross-functional work with TAMs, Consulting, Product, and Support.
• Contribute to practice by sharing learnings and helping refine playbooks and tooling.
