This remote role focuses on retention and expansion within a mid-size portfolio of named enterprise accounts, collaborating with internal partners to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction.

The Associate CSP develops account plans, drives revenue through First Advantage solutions, and delivers quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years proven experience in sales account management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Develop clear sales account plans for named accounts; track revenue trends and opportunities.
• Identify and drive expansion of First Advantage products and solutions.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and service levels.
• Deliver quarterly and annual customer business reviews.
