Job summary

Samsara in the United States is seeking an Enterprise Core Customer Success Manager to join a remote-friendly team. You will partner with top customers to drive adoption, value realization, and long-term partnerships across Sales, Support, and Product.

You will build joint success plans, lead executive reviews, run operational workshops, and translate product capabilities into practical outcomes for industries from transportation to utilities. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Requires strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate with executives, Product and Engineering leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines to increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability for customers' operations.
• Create joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives and timelines.
• Lead executive business reviews with customers and Samsara leadership.
• Run workshops to understand operations and propose workflow changes.
• Explain Samsara platform capabilities to diverse businesses.
• Mentor the Customer Success and Support teams.
• Model and embed Samsara's culture as we scale globally.
