Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Scale Customer Success Manager to help customers adopt the Connected Operations Cloud, derive measurable value, and renew with confidence. This remote role collaborates with Sales, Support, Finance, Renewals and Product to enable cross-functional success and drive long-term outcomes for top Mid-Market customers.

You will learn Samsara’s complex product suite and communicate its value, guiding customers toward strategic workflow changes and adoption across diverse sectors,

Qualifications

3–5+ years in technical customer success or related SaaS roles.
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
Experience with technical products and strong problem solving.
Ability to build trust with executives and teams across orgs.
Bias for action and thrives in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
Experience serving Fortune 500 companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency and sustainability using the Samsara platform.
Explain platform capabilities to diverse businesses and industries.
Learn, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for customers.
Lead strategic engagements to understand operations and goals.
Run product workshops and influence roadmaps with stakeholders.
