Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for the Public Sector to work remotely in the United States. You will collaborate with cities, states, school districts, and universities to drive safety, efficiency, and citizen value through the Samsara platform.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Support, and Product, while mentoring others and upholding Samsara’s growth mindset and customer-centric culture as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when resolving customer issues.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform.
• Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, timelines, and removing barriers to value.
• Orchestrate executive business reviews with customers’ decision-makers and Samsara leadership.
• Conduct workshops with customers to understand operations and recommend workflow changes.
• Deeply understand the Samsara platform capabilities and explain them to diverse businesses.
• Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams.
• Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
