3E is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships and help clients leverage our evolving portfolio of AI-enabled regulatory solutions. You will partner with two Account Managers, becoming a trusted advisor and guiding customers through complex capabilities and workflows.

You will develop CS plans, deliver training, and proactively address challenges to maximize value, adoption, and renewal success across Eastern and Central time zones.

Formación

• 3+ years in Customer Success or related role in SaaS/tech.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage priorities.
• Experience teaching software and driving adoption.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience supporting renewals and expansions.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Gong.
• Interest in AI-enabled tools for customer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted partnerships with customer stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Deliver product education and consultative problem-solving.
• Create and execute customer success plans and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to support retention and expansion.
• Monitor engagement and product usage; flag risks early.
• Coordinate with CS, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams.
