Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support Veterans Affairs Data Modernization initiatives. This fully remote role within the United States focuses on onboarding, customer intake processes, and providing high-quality support for users accessing modern data platforms.

You will own relationships across analysts to directors and collaborate with product, engineering, and support. Responsibilities include developing success plans, driving platform adoption, and delivering scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or commensurate experience).
• 8 years of experience in project management or similar role.
• 3+ years in customer success or related field with enterprise product management.
• Proven ability to build and navigate relationships across complex organizations.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint templates, data analysis with spreadsheets and pivot tables, and database queries.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Experience onboarding users and provisioning access workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of internal customers and build relationships across their organizations.
• Develop understanding of portfolio goals, stakeholders, and business results.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and support to realize value.
• Create and maintain customer success playbooks and engagement templates.
• Serve as the primary front door for VA Data Modernization customer support.
• Coordinate with Databricks SMEs and enablement teams for post-provisioning engagement.
• Identify blockers in intake or support processes and drive improvements.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and clear communication.
