Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support VA Data Modernization initiatives. This fully remote role within the United States focuses on onboarding, user support, and driving platform adoption across analysts, developers and directors.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management and 3+ years in customer success for enterprise accounts, with strong collaboration skills and Azure/Databricks experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information tech, engineering or a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in project management or similar roles.
• 3+ years in customer success or account management with enterprise customers.
• Ability to build relationships across large organizations.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, data analysis, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with onboarding and access provisioning workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to document processes and maintain knowledge articles.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of internal customers and build deep relationships across their organizations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and support to track customer value.
• Support cloud data environments and workspace functionality for users.
• Coordinate with Databricks SMEs for post-provisioning engagement.
• Maintain rigorous account documentation and success plans.
• Create customer success playbooks and engagement templates.
• Manage competing priorities and provide progress reports.
