Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in IT/engineering or technical field.
• 8 years of project management or similar experience.
• 3+ years in customer success/account management with enterprise products.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint templates, data analysis, and database queries.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of internal customers and build relationships across their organizations.
• Understand portfolio customers’ goals, teams, decision-makers, and business results.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and support to realize and report customer value.
