Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support Veterans Affairs (VA) Data Modernization initiatives. This fully remote role will own a portfolio of internal customers, drive adoption of modern data platforms, and coordinate with product, engineering, and support teams to deliver measurable value.

You will manage relationships across analysts to directors, create success plans, provide access provisioning help, and ensure a smooth user experience for VA data environments and Databricks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or technical discipline.
• 8 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with creating PowerPoint templates, data analysis with spreadsheets and pivot tables, and connecting to databases to build queries.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with user onboarding and access provisioning workflows.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to document processes clearly and maintain knowledge articles.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of internal customers and build relationships across their organizations.
• Understand customers' strategic goals and drive targeted business results.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and support to realize and report customer value.
• Collect insights to drive platform adoption and scale use cases.
• Maintain rigorous account documentation and success plans.
• Create customer success playbooks and templates for scalable engagement.
• Serve as the primary front door for VA Data Modernization customer support.
